How long before someone contacts me?
Once you have submitted a request for a free estimate online, an EnhanceScape customer service representative will call you within 48 hours to discuss your project with you and set an appointment with one of our certified landscape designers or landscape contractors.

How can I be sure that your contractors are qualified to do my project?
All of EnhanceScape’s landscape installers go through a 7-year criminal background check, carry full insurance with a minimum of $1 million coverage and are backed by the EnhanceScape Service Guarantee.
What if I don’t quite have enough cash for my project right now?
You can pay for your EnhanceScape landscape installation project with your VISA, MasterCard, American Express or Discover Card. In addition, we offer financing through GE Money with no interest and no payments for six months. You can Apply Online Now or apply at the time of your free estimate.
Exactly how does your landscape design service work?
EnhanceScape sets an appointment for you with a landscape designer who will come to your home, listen to your ideas and take digital images of the area you wish to have landscaped. Then the designer will present you with a “See it before you plant it” Photo-Realistic Design for your approval. Once the plan meets your approval, you will receive a Detailed Planting Plan, a Complete Material List for Do-It-Yourselfers, and a detailed plant care guide.
*Fees are $99/hour ($119/hr on the weekend) with a minimum of 2 ½ hours.
What if I receive a landscape design and don’t want to do the work myself?
EnhanceScape will be happy to set an appointment for you with one of our certified landscape contractors or landscape installers who will review your plan and then come to your home and provide you with a free estimate. And remember, if you choose to allow EnhanceScape to do the landscape installation or landscape design for you, you will be able to use either your credit card or receive 6 months no payment no interest financing.
